You can request a return for Roshan Tech products within 14 days of receiving your order if there are manufacturing defects.

When returning a product, please ensure that all accessories are included in their original condition and that the product is in its original packaging. If you have set a password for the device you wish to return, please ensure that it is removed; otherwise, the return process will not be completed correctly.

When can products be returned to Roshan Tech?

All products sold on Roshan Tech can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they have manufacturing defects. For example, if you received a compatible product, you have up to one day to request a return if it is defective or damaged.

Please note that returns for damaged products are accepted within 14 days of receipt. If you encounter damage or a problem with the product after 14 days of receipt, please contact the supplier if the product is under warranty. We will not be able to accept returns in this case. In this situation, we advise you to contact the product warranty provider, if applicable, to learn more about the warranty policies for each product.

Can the product be returned in any condition?

No, the product must be returned only in its original condition as received. If you received a damaged shipment, please be sure to mention this when requesting a return.

After confirming your return request, the returned item will be collected from the address we have on file.
