If you have set a password for the device you wish to return, please ensure that it is removed; otherwise, the return process will not be completed correctly.<\/p><p><strong>When can products be returned to Roshan Tech?<\/strong><\/p><p>All products sold on Roshan Tech can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they have manufacturing defects. For example, if you received a compatible product, you have up to one day to request a return if it is defective or damaged.<\/p><p>Please note that returns for damaged products are accepted within 14 days of receipt. If you encounter damage or a problem with the product after 14 days of receipt, please contact the supplier if the product is under warranty. We will not be able to accept returns in this case.
